REDUCED!! Awesome Couch and matching ottoman for sale ! in Phoenix, Arizona For Sale

I am moving and I can't bring this awesome couch with me. I kept very good care of it and there are no stains or rips. It is a longer couch and can comfortably fit 4 average people and has a slept a 5'6-5'7 person. The couch comes with a matching ottoman, also in very good condition with no stains or rips. The only small blemish is that one corner of the couch is slightly tearing at the seam, please refer to the pictures. The furniture material is a soft suede and the color is a dark green, it works well with most decor, again refer to pictures. I don't have the exact measurements, if needed please contact me and I can provide that information to you, but in the pictures it is set against an 8 foot wall. Price is $150 OBO.
